Women entrepreneurs in the spotlight at SIEERA 2019
The 2nd SIEERA Fair in Algiers was the occasion to celebrate the International Day of Women's Rights on March 8th. Ms. Fatima Zohra Zerouati, Minister of Environment and Renewable Energy, distinguished successful models of environmental entrepreneurship carried out by women. Among them, Myriam Fournier Kacimi, who founded Sungy five years ago.
By transforming solar energy into electricity, Sungy contributes to the energy transition towards a more low-carbon and therefore more climate-friendly model. Held in the presence of 120 Algerian companies and 22 foreign companies, the 2nd edition of the International Fair for the Environment and Renewable Energies was marked by the signing of 205 partnership agreements between companies and institutions.
