Passion, Courage, Excellence and Listening: shared values during a team building

In mid-July, the entire Sungy team strengthened its cohesion during a two-day "Team Building" course, marked by reflections and exchanges, with moments of relaxation and complicity within the framework magnificent of the Djurdjura massif.
In partnership with Booster Consulting, the team was able to:
- Welcome new Sungy recruits and strengthen relationships between them;
- Strengthen a collective dynamic for a common goal, which is the premium service for Sungy customers;
- Decline individual visions and missions and align them with Sungy's vision and missions;
- Create cohesion around common values: Passion, Courage, Excellence, Listening.
In short, after this weekend together, the Sungy team comes out stronger!
